SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


LE SUNDIAL offers worldwide shipping to numerous countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may differ depending on the destination. If you don't see your country listed as a shipping option, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at customer service (info@lesundial.com), and we'll make every effort to assist you in receiving your items.


DUTIES AND TAXES TO NON EU-COUNTRIES


For shipments to countries outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes imposed by their respective countries. Payment is required to release the order from customs upon arrival.


Please be aware that LE SUNDIAL cannot determine the exact amount of these charges. The shipping company will contact customers once the purchase reaches customs to notify them of any additional costs. Please note that if customers opt not to pay the import taxes, LE SUNDIAL reserves the right to charge for any incurred expenses.


All our products are dispatched as packages, allowing for easy tracking in case of any issues. Packages are insured during shipment, and we kindly request that you inspect the contents upon delivery. If the package or its contents are damaged upon arrival, please promptly inform your delivery courier, preferably within two days of receipt, and then return the product to us.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS


LE SUNDIAL accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.


We will issue a full refund for the returned item(s), however, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated expenses.


Returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and dustbag. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or altered.


Any use of the item(s) beyond what is described above will be considered as indicating usage, and may result in partial or complete loss of the right to return.


For all returns (EU and non-EU), please email us at info@lesundial.com to request a return.


Once the return has been accepted, any successfully returned items will be refunded to the original payment card used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.


Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
